Our Story
FindaPro.fi started in 2025 from something I kept running into as a foreigner in Finland: finding a reliable professional shouldn’t be this hard. Many sites are only in Finnish with sometimes Swedish (I’m learning Finnish, but it’s not the easiest to pick up:), and most people Finns included end up asking friends and relatives, scrolling Facebook groups, or Googling for recommendations. That narrows your options and makes it tough to compare quality. I teamed up with a Finnish friend a contractor with his own business who’s dealt with the same issue from the other side: in today’s setup it’s hard for good professionals to be found by the right customers. Together, we built FindaPro.fi to work for both sides. For customers: browse in your own language, instantly see which languages each professional speaks, and review project photos, certifications, and real reviews, all presented clearly and openly, so you can choose someone you feel comfortable with. For service providers: a clean, direct way to publish your work and be discovered even if you’re a one person operation. There’s no paywall for basic visibility no pay-to-play ads for exposure, so smaller teams get the same chance to reach more customers. FindaPro.fi puts everything in one place so people across Finland can find, compare, and connect with confidence.

Architect who builds practical services. Joseph is an architect-turned-startup founder with experience in the U.S. entrepreneurial ecosystem. At FindaPro.fi, he uses creative problem-solving and strategic business development to make hiring local, vetted professionals simple. He keeps things clear and transparent. He also works as a Sales Manager for a Finnish design brand, staying close to everyday customer needs in Finland. That view shapes calm, useful features that save time and help people hire with confidence.
Harri Pussinen
Co-Founder & COO
Hands-on builder with local insight. Harri is FindaPro.fi’s COO with 18 years in the Finnish construction industry. He brings a deep local network and turns sector know-how into clear plans and practical execution. He values straightforward processes, transparent information, and nearby help. By aligning product decisions with real contractor workflows, he helps homeowners and professionals meet without fuss. The result is practical matches and fewer surprises—close to home.
