A note from the founders

"A friend recommended you" is great. Sometimes you need more than that.

Both of us have spent years in the trades. We know what it takes to do the job right — and we know how hard it is to be seen for it. The best work usually comes through word of mouth, but word of mouth has a ceiling. To grow, you eventually need a way to get in front of new customers without becoming the lowest bidder on someone else's race-to-the-bottom platform.

That's why we built FindaPro. It's a place where quality work is rewarded with more work — not punished by being undercut. Where the customers you meet are real, vetted, and ready to hire. And where the only way to climb is to do the job well and earn an honest review.

How we work

Three things, and only three things.

The whole model fits on a postcard. We've kept it that way on purpose.

You only pay when work happens.

A flat 4.5% on completed jobs, capped at €750 per job. The 4.5% applies to your labour only — never to materials, parts, or third-party costs you pass through. If the job doesn't happen, you owe us nothing.

Visibility comes from reviews — full stop.

You cannot pay to rank higher. There is no "promoted" tier. There is no boosted listing. Your placement is decided by your verified reviews and how you respond to customers. That is the entire algorithm.

You can leave any time.

No contracts. No notice period. No "minimum 12 months." If FindaPro stops working for you, you close your profile and we part ways. We'd rather earn your next month than lock you into it.

Visibility

You can't buy a higher ranking. Nobody can.

We will never run a "pay for exposure" feature. No promoted slots, no boosted profiles, no auction for the top of the page. Every ranking decision is made on verified reviews and how you take care of the customers we send you. That's the contract — for them and for you.

What we will never do

  • Sell paid placement, "premium" tiers, or homepage features.
  • Run pay-per-click or pay-per-lead campaigns on top of the platform fee.
  • Charge you to "unlock" a customer's contact details.
  • Hide a competitor's profile because they didn't pay extra.
  • Take a cut of materials, mileage, or anything you pass through.

When things don't go to plan

Reviews are honest — and fair to both sides.

Jobs don't always turn out the way anyone hoped. We get it. So before a negative review goes up, we talk to both of you.

It does not appear on your profile straight away. It enters review.

We call the customer.

We listen carefully. What happened? What did they expect? What was actually agreed?

We call you.

You get the same chance to share your side. Notes, photos, messages — whatever paints the full picture.

We decide together what is fair.

If the review is accurate, it goes up. If there's room to fix it, we help both sides find a solution first. We are here to help, not to judge.

Our promise to both sides: a job that didn't go perfectly is not the end of the conversation. We treat it as a problem we're all solving together — customer, pro, and us. Most of the time, that's exactly how it ends up.

Common questions

Anything we haven't covered?

Are there any other costs at all?
No. No sign-up fee, no monthly fee, no per-lead fee, no per-message fee, no fee to see a customer's details, no fee for photos or for adding services to your profile. The 4.5% on completed labour is the entire bill.
How is "labour" defined?
It's the amount on your invoice that covers your time and skill — the same line a tax inspector would call labour. Materials, parts, sub-trade pass-throughs, permit fees, and travel reimbursements are not labour and are never included in the 4.5%.
What stops a customer from going off-platform after the first contact?
Nothing technical, and we don't want to play that game. Most pros tell us repeat work from a happy customer is a feature, not a bug. The 4.5% only applies to the first job we matched you on. Anything they bring you afterwards is between the two of you.
What happens if a customer doesn't pay me?
You don't pay us either. Our fee is on completed and paid invoices only. If a customer goes silent, we step in and help chase — but we never charge you on money you haven't received.
Can I leave?
Yes. Close your profile any time, no notice, no exit fee. Any jobs already completed are billed normally for that month, and that's the end of it.
Will the 4.5% ever go up?
For the pros who join during our early-bird phase, no — your rate is locked at 4.5% with the €750 cap for as long as you're on the platform. Future fees apply only to future joiners.
