Introduction
Welcome to FindaPro.fi. By using the FindaPro.fi platform (“FindaPro.fi” or the “Platform”), you as a Client agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before accessing or using the Platform. The FindaPro.fi service is provided by YMHP Solutions Oy (“we”), which acts as the service provider and contractual counterparty in respect of the services made available through the Platform.
Our Service – Connection Platform Only
YMHP Solutions Oy is a neutral intermediary connecting Clients and Professionals through the Platform. We do not provide work or services; we only enable communication and the exchange of information. All service agreements are made directly between Clients and Professionals.
Key limitations:
- We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of services provided by Professionals.
- We are not a party to any agreements entered into between Clients and Professionals.
- No employment or agency relationship exists between us and the Client or Professional.
- Our role is limited to facilitating connections between Clients and Professionals.
Verification and User Diligence
We strive to verify basic information provided by Professionals on the FindaPro.fi platform but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the services they provide.
Your responsibilities as a Client include:
- Conducting your own research and comparing several Professionals before making a selection.
- Understanding that listings on FindaPro.fi do not constitute endorsements or recommendations by us.
- Professionals are required to maintain truthful and current information about themselves, their professional qualifications and the services they offer on their profiles, but ultimate verification remains your responsibility.
User and Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you are responsible for:
- Selecting which Professional to engage and negotiating the terms of any service agreement.
- Ensuring that all agreements comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Resolving any disputes directly with the Professional you have engaged. We do not mediate or intervene.
By using FindaPro.fi, you agree to be contacted by us for two follow-up calls. These follow-up calls are conducted to gather feedback on your experience and improve the quality of our service. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue providing services to you if you do not participate in the required follow-up calls and review questions. However, you may choose to remain anonymous when providing reviews or feedback.
All users of the Platform must refrain from:
- Posting misleading, false, or illegal content.
- Engaging in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.
- Misusing the platform or attempting to circumvent its intended functionality.
Disclaimers of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
We specifically disclaim:
- Any guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform.
- Any guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of user-generated content.
- Any guarantee that you will find a suitable Professional through the Platform.
- Any warranties regarding the quality, suitability, or outcome of services provided by Professionals.
Limitation of Liability
We are not a party to contracts between Clients and Professionals and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of FindaPro.fi or any services obtained through it. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and do not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws and regulations. For further details on information about how we collect, use and protect your data, please see our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version of these Terms is always available at www.findapro.fi. If you disagree with the modifications, you may cease using FindaPro.fi immediately without prior notice and will not be bound by the new Terms.
- In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Finnish and English versions of these Terms, the Finnish version shall take precedence.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.
General Provisions
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement (“Agreement”) between you and YMHP Solutions Oy regarding your use of FindaPro.fi and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Term of these Terms and Agreement
These Terms become effective immediately upon your first access or use of the Platform and remain in effect for as long as you continue to use the Platform. Upon the termination of your use of FindaPro.fi, these Terms shall cease to apply, except that all limitations of liability and disclaimers contained herein shall survive termination.
