This Privacy Policy explains how YMHP Solutions Oy, operating FindaPro.fi, ("we" or "us") collects, uses, and otherwise processes the Personal Data of clients ("you" or "Client") who use our FindaPro.fi platform, website, or related services ("Services"). This Privacy Policy also describes the types of Personal Data we process and the rights you have concerning our processing of your Personal Data. YMHP Solutions Oy acts as a neutral intermediary, connecting you with professionals who provide home repair services ("Professionals"). We use Personal Data solely to enable communication and the exchange of information between Clients and Professionals and do not provide home repair services ourselves.

We process Personal Data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") and other applicable data protection laws, as well as the regulations and guidelines issued by relevant data protection authorities.

If we make material changes, we will notify you by sending a notice to the email address we have on file before the changes take effect. We also collect certain payment-related information, including the amount paid by you and the amount received by the Professional for the service provided, as well as supporting documents, and we retain records of the services you have ordered. This information is stored only as long as you have an active account, unless you request deletion, or it has been two years since you last ordered a service via our platform.

We do not collect other sensitive Personal Data, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We process your Personal Data solely to provide you with a secure and fully functional platform and related services for connecting with Professionals. We take your privacy seriously: any data we collect is used only for the purposes described below. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties except to provide our Services or when required by law.
