Anything we haven't covered?
Does the €22 include all repairs?
No — the €22 covers your concierge, the calendar, and the annual home check. Repair work is billed separately at the pre-agreed rate for your area. You always see and approve the quote before we book the job.
Who is "my concierge", actually?
A named person on our Helsinki team who handles a small, fixed roster of homes. The same human knows your house, your boiler, your mökki — and answers when you message. Not a call centre, not a rotating queue.
How fast is response time?
Routine work: same-day acknowledgement, usually scheduled within a week. 24/7 emergencies (with the add-on): under 60 minutes for an isolation visit, follow-up the next day.
What about mökki / summer cottages?
Covered with the mökki add-on (+€12/mo). Includes the opening visit, the closing visit, winterisation, and emergency response when you're not there.
What if I already have a regular electrician or plumber?
Tell your concierge. We're happy to coordinate with pros you already trust, as long as they meet our verification standards. We don't insist on swapping out people you know.
What if I move?
Your concierge re-maps the new home, free of charge. The calendar transfers, the file transfers, the relationship transfers. The €22 stays the same.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in, no notice period, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your dashboard or just message your concierge.
